On behalf of the Minnesota Department of Health HIV and STD section, we thank you for your dedication to improving the health of Minnesotans, yourself included. To assist you in your efforts to the best of our ability, we would like to invite you to participate in a survey that will help us improve our HIV and STD content within the MDH website to suit your needs.
