Specifications for submitting VXU messages to meet Meaningful Use Stage 1 requirements. MIIC currently accepts HL7 version 2.3.1 and version 2.4 messages. We anticipate being able to accept HL7 2.5.1 messages in mid-2012. Updated 2/12
