Reporting immunization data

  • Reporting Dose-Level Eligibility to MIIC (PDF)

    Beginning Aug. 1, 2015, clinics enrolled in the Minnesota Vaccines for Children Program (MnVFC) program that practice the replacement method of vaccine management will be required to submit dose-level eligibility to MIIC for all vaccines administered to patients that are 18 years of age or younger. HL7 specifications

HL7 data submissions are required for Meaningful Use data submissions. Meaningful Use Stage 1 ongoing submitters may continue to send in HL7 2.3.1/2.4. All other Meaningful Use data submissions must follow the HL7 2.5.1 specification. Organizations not participating in Meaningful Use are encouraged but not required to submit in HL7 format.
