How-to guide for the Minnesota Immunization Information Connection (MIIC) registry. The MIIC Flu Spreadsheet is a reporting template for providers to record minimal information on vaccinations administered. It is especially useful for mass vaccination clinics and targeted vaccination campaigns. There is a different process to report vaccinations for participation in the FluSafe Program.
