You must reserve your meals and lodging separate from the conference's educational components. Reservations will open on July 15, 2013. Please be sure to review the Cragun's cancellation policy (below).

Cragun's Cancellation and Reservation Policies

You are responsible for your entire lodging and meals reservation. If you cancel or change your reservation less than 30 days prior to your arrival, there will be NO DEPOSIT REFUND. At 30 days or more prior, you will receive a REFUND less a $40 processing fee. When using a voucher or purchase order, cancellation/refund policy will apply. To cancel your lodging/meals reservation, please contact Lorie Bourassa with Cragun's by phone (218-825-2700 x 8400) or email (lbourassa@craguns.com). Reservations may be transferred to a substitute at any time at no additional charge, but those involved should notify Cragun's as soon as possible.

  • Lodging/meals reservation is separate from conference registration.
  • $125 deposit required.
  • Each roommate must complete an individual registration form, and forms should be submitted together.
  • Each reservation will receive a confirmation of payment and receipt.

  • Check-Out: 12:00 p.m. (noon)
  • Pets are not allowed on the Cragun's property. Prior notification of certified animals is required.
