Driving the Continuous Quality Improvement Highway

Creating a "culture of continuous improvement" is a cornerstone of national public health accreditation, which seeks to advance public health practice and outcomes. Community health boards in Minnesota are required to submit a QI Plan in 2015 and annually report on the development of their QI culture. Learn how to assess quality improvement readiness, activity and maturity in your community health board.
