Presenters will discuss the collaboration between the Minnesota Chlamydia Partnership, the Minnesota Department of Health, local health departments, and four Minnesota health plans to increase screening and treatment through provider training and utilization of a new Chlamydia Screening Provider Toolkit for clinics, public health, and/or community agencies.
