Delegation Agreements for Locally Delivered Services

Since the passage of the LPH Act in 1976, Community Health Boards have had the opportunity to enter into a delegation agreement with MDH to provide public health protection services for food, pools, and lodging establishments. Local officials will learn what delegation agreements are all about, what it takes to have a robust local food, pools, and lodging program, and hear about some potential challenges and benefits to the community.
