E-Public Health is Now!

With the rapid implementation of health information technology and health transformation initiatives, now is the time to invest in e-public health. This session will discussion current e-public health activities and opportunities. We will focus on e-health as a tool for participating in the Minnesota Accountable Health Model (SIM) and Accountable Communities for Health. Presenters will share strategies and tools on engaging partners for e-health and using e-health to advance health equity.
