Strategic Plan (Deliverable) - Local Public Health Assessment and Planning - Minnesota Dept. of Health

2010-2014: Strategic Plans

A strategic plan is an internal document that sets forth what an organization plans to achieve, how it will achieve it, and how it will know if it has been achieved. A health department's strategic plan focuses on the entire health department.

In Spring 2015, Minnesota's 48 community health boards submitted their strategic plans to the Minnesota Department of Health as part of Minnesota's Local Public Health Assessment and Planning process. As strategic plans are internal organizational documents, they are not posted here. If you are interested in obtaining a community health board's strategic plan, please contact your community health board directly.
