The County Health Rankings & Roadmaps program has three Community Engagement Specialists to help communities put the County Health Rankings into action to improve community health. Together, they have developed the Roadmaps to Health Action Center, which includes tools and guidance to help communities put the Rankings into action. They are also available to consult with communities via phone or email.
