Financial and Practice Management Technical Assistance
The Office of Rural Health and Primary Care provides on-site consultation,
information and training to primary-care practices in rural and underserved
areas. This includes improving:
- Reimbursements
- Accounts receivable management
- Administrative processes
- Revenue and business planning
- Information systems
and
- Contracting.
Additional assistance is available through Rural
Health Works, a tool that helps rural communities assess the economic impact of health services such as primary care physicians, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes and
engage in community planning that will strengthen and preserve health services.
