Workgroup Charge
Create a plan to guide statewide adoption of interoperable electronic health records and related health information technologies to improve the quality and safety of healthcare and improve the health of communities. This will include addressing how healthcare, public health and other organizations will meet the legislative mandate of having interoperable electronic health record systems by January 1, 2015.
