Baskets of Care - Adopted Rule - March 22, 2010
Minnesota Statutes 62U.05 requires the Commissioner of Health to establish a minimum of seven baskets of care, as well as quality measures for each basket. A basket of care is a bundled payment for services that are usually paid for separately, but are typically delivered as one episode of care.
Minnesota Rules, Chapter 4765, Permanent Rules Relating to Baskets of Care, was approved by the Office of Administrative Hearings on March 2, 2010, and published in the March 22, 2010 edition of the State Register.

Minnesota Rule 4765.0030 Subpart 2 requires a provider or group of providers that offers a state-designated basket of care to register with the Commissioner of Health.
