On behalf of the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), the Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement (ICSI) hosted two educational opportunities related to the Baskets of Care project of interest to providers, health care delivery organizations and other stakeholders.

- Baskets of Care Early Adopters Summit
Monday, November 9, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
This summit will give stakeholders that are considering becoming early adopters of one or more of the baskets of care an opportunity to learn about the proposed baskets of care, discuss implementation challenges and proposed solutions, and network with other early adopters.
