The primary purpose of this group is to provide guidance and technical expertise to the HCH/ Minnesota Accountable Health Model Learning Collaborative.
The primary activities of the committee will include:
- Direction and advice in development of the Learning Collaborative.
- Ongoing support, participation, and advice in the ongoing implementation of learning events.
- Participates and leads other workgroup initiatives to implement new strategies identified by the committee.
- Reviews and advises on policy, evaluation materials, and results, and does problem solving as needed.
