Health Care Provider Peer Grouping Request for Proposals (RFP) Tentative Consolidated Task Timeline
RFP process:
| • November 17, 2008: | RFP made available. |
| • November 25, 2008: | Written questions must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. Central Time. |
| • December 2, 2008: | Conference call held with prospective respondents. |
| • December 4, 2008: | Written responses to submitted questions will be distributed by this date. |
| • December 19, 2008: | Responses to RFP due no later than 4:00 p.m. Central Time. |
| • January 12, 2009: | Contractor chosen by this date. |
| • January 23, 2009: | Contract in place. |
Task One:
| • Late February 2009: | Request for Information published in State Register. |
Task Two:
| • March 31, 2009: | Deadline for responses to Request for Information. |
| • April 2009: | Contractor organizes and synthesizes material submitted in response to RFI and incorporates additional information from literature review and other background research. |
| • May 2009: | Contractor organizes and prepares for work group meetings. |
| • May 30, 2009: | Contractor prepares materials for public meetings by this date. |
Task Three:
| • March 2009: | Recruit work group members and schedule meetings. |
| • June-September 2009: | A minimum of eight half-day work group meetings occur during this period. |
| • September 30, 2009: | Final report submitted to the Minnesota Department of Health. |
