HMO Profile - Blue Plus of Minnesota

Blue Plus of Minnesota is a non-profit subsidiary of Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Minnesota. To be licensed as a non-profit HMO in Minnesota, a health plan is required to demonstrate they will provide comprehensive health maintenance services, or arrange for the provision of these services, to enrollees on the basis of a fixed prepaid sum without regard to the frequency or extent of services furnished to any particular enrollee.
