HMO Profile - Metropolitan Health Plan (MHP)Established in 1983 and state licensed since 1995, MHP has been operating as a non-profit Health Maintenance Organization and providing comprehensive health maintenance services to residents of Anoka, Carver, Hennepin and Scott Counties.
