Sexual Violence Prevention E-News
1. The Minnesota Department of Health Sexual Violence Prevention Program would like to inform you about four contracting opportunities to build state sexual violence prevention capacity in the year ahead
Beginning in March 2005, MDH is planning to hire four contractors. Each contractor will work with one of the following audiences:
- Public health/health care systems
- Male leaders working primarily with groups of men and boys
- Teen pregnancy prevention/youth development organizations
- Educational institutions and systems
Deadline for proposals: Monday, January 24, 2005, 4:00 pm
In each area, the contractor will conduct an assessment of stakeholders, provide
coordination and technical assistance across organizations, and participate
in the development of organizational, systems and policy change, working with
the Minnesota Department of Health Sexual Violence Prevention Advisory Group.
