Join us for this year's Midwest Injury Prevention Alliance Summit, as injury professionals from states in Federal Health and Human Services Region V (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin) gather to work toward reducing unintentional and intentional injury-related death and disability.

How to register

The registration link above will take you to the MDH payment portal. Follow the steps to register online for the conference. Cost is $50.00. Registration closes November 15, 2017. If your organization will register via invoice, please contact Rhea Lansang by email (rhea-lanee.lansang@state.mn.us)

Cancellation policy

Conference registration cancellation is separate from lodging/meals reservation cancellation. To cancel your conference registration, please contact Rhea Lansang by email (rhea-lanee.lansang@state.mn.us). You will receive a complete refund if the cancellation request is received by November 15, 2017. Cancellations after November 15, 2017 will not receive a refund. Registration may be transferred to a substitute at any time by contacting Rhea Lansang using the email above.
