Description:
This training was offered to help potential applicants for the EHDI RFP to understand the RFP and the elements of a successful application.

The training included an overview of: available funding for implementation and planning grants; eligible activities to be supported by EHDI funding; examples of addressing health disparities using “upstream” strategies; the impact on policy, systems, and environment on the social determinants of health; as well as RFP requirements and the evaluation process.
