Request for Proposals: EHDI Community Grants Program 2010

The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) is soliciting proposals to close the gap in the health status of African Americans/Africans, American Indians, Asian Americans, and Hispanics/Latinos in Minnesota as compared with whites in eight priority health areas and in the social determinants of health.
