EHDI Strengthening Communities Grants Program 2010
The Strengthening Communities Grant Program funds are specifically directed to support the EHDI grantees in strengthening prevention and early detection services they provide to cultural communities in Minnesota including identifying best practices in the elimination of health disparities and addressing social determinants of health, building successful partnerships, networking, improving their ability to monitor their success, learning about successful strategies in other communities, documenting success and areas for growth, and reporting results.
