Community Fluoridation Grants - 2012

The goal of the Minnesota Community Fluoridation Grant is to increase the number of Minnesotans receiving the oral health benefits of optimally fluoridated drinking water. The Community Fluoridation Grant may accomplish this goal by assisting community public water supplies in implementing drinking water fluoridation. Secondly, this goal may be achieved by helping a community public water supply optimize their fluoridation process. The MDH Drinking Water Protection Section will administer federal grant funds to reimburse eligible public water systems for costs involved in implementing drinking water fluoridation. Funding support for the Community Fluoridation Grant is provided from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) through Grant T12HP14659. More
