Patient Safety Training
As part of our goal to provide support for hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers that are required to report adverse health events, MDH organizes periodic trainings on Root Cause Analysis and the development of corrective action plans, suicide prevention, and other topics.
RCA Training
The next introductory RCA training will be held on May 31, 2012 at The Inn on Lake Superior hotel in Duluth. Registration is online at: http://www.health.state.mn.us/registration/

MDH is partnering with Suicide Awareness Voices of Education (SAVE) to provide training on suicide prevention for health care providers. The next training is on October 11, 2007 from 8:30-10:30 a.m. at MDH's Snelling Office Park facility.
