This page contains the reports on the 2011 performance measures (the most recent available data) as submitted by Minnesota’s local public health departments. The local public health performance measures are organized according to the six areas of public health responsibility. The statewide summary for each area of responsibility is presented in an individual report. For the Healthy Communities Healthy Behaviors area, additional reports are available in specific topic areas (via drop down menu).

Percentages included in these reports are based on the actual number of local public health entities responding to the question. There were 72 local public health reporting entities (referred to in these reports as local health departments) for PPMRS. Community health boards (CHBs) determined how they wanted to report on the PPMRS performance measures. Multi-county CHBs could have each county in the CHB report as individual counties or could report as one CHB. Of the 72 local health departments included in this report: 28 are single-county CHBs, 11 are multi-county CHBs, 29 are single counties reporting separately within multi-county CHBs, and four are city CHBs. Text responses were only minimally edited.
