Adding New Medical Conditions - Medical Cannabis Program

You may petition the Department of Health to add a qualifying medical condition. The department accepts petitions from June 1 to July 31 each year. Petitions received outside this window will not be considered.

The 2017 petition window is now closed. A volunteer Review Panel will meet to consider the petitions on Tuesday, September 12, Tuesday, September 26 and Tuesday, October 10. For information on delivery methods, see Adding New Delivery Methods.
