Adding New Medical Conditions - Medical Cannabis Program
You may petition the Department of Health to add a qualifying medical condition. The Department will accept petitions beginning June 1, 2018 until July 31, 2018. Petitions received outside of the given dates will not be accepted. The petition window has now closed and we will not be accepting new petitions for 2018.

Please refer to the petitions that were submitted and considered for the 2018 window below. Each condition has an accompanying issue brief, summarizing the condition, treatment options and available research on medical cannabis.
