MDH critical services

The Minnesota Department of Health is providing the following critical services with limited staff. All other functions have been suspended.

The department's priority will be to address the most serious situations involving health and safety. That means you could experience significant delays in getting responses to a non-critical question or concern. Please also note that the web pages associated with the following critical services will not be updated during the shutdown.

To request state assistance for serious incidents, contact the Minnesota Duty Officer at 651-649-5451 in the metro area and 1-800-422-0798 in Greater Minnesota. Or you may call 911.

We will begin updating our website when the shutdown is over and employees have been called back to work.

For more information, see Minnesota Management and Budget's state government shutdown website.
