MnTrauma Data Dictionary Released

The long-awaited data dictionary, an important component of the state trauma registry, has recently been released. The dictionary defines the data elements collected by the state trauma registry to ensure that, for any given data element, the same piece of information is being reported by every registrar. The publication of the dictionary is expected to result in less variation in the data and a more dependable database. Download a copy of the data dictionary. (PDF: 345 pages/894 KB)
