Work Continues on Level III Surgeon Response Requirements
The work of the General Surgeon Workgroup continues! The committee met for the first time in December 2011 and is charged with evaluating how current general surgeon criteria are being operationalized, determining if changes are needed and making recommendations to the STAC for those changes. Read more about the work group.
They are evaluating several innovative ideas. While the committee has not yet reached consensus, they are hopeful their findings and recommendations will be ready for discussion at the March 2013 STAC meeting.
