ACS-Verified Level I, II and III Trauma Hospital Designation
Trauma centers that are verfied by the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma will be issued a state trauma designation. American College of Surgeons—verified trauma centers should submit a copy of the plaque or certificate reflecting the effective dates of the verification to the designation coordinator.
