Vendor Training Modules
MN WIC Program
Minnesota WIC has developed the training modules found below. Internet Explorer is the recommended browser for viewing these modules. If you are unable to view these modules and need to request an alternate form of training, contact Emily Gomez at firstname.lastname@example.org
eWIC Training Module for WIC Authorized Vendors
In order to satisfy the training requirement for eWIC, WIC Authorized vendors must complete this online module and quiz OR attend an in-person session prior to the date that Level 3 Certifications (Live Shopping Tests of Your Store's eWIC Transactions) start in your roll-out region. If more than one person from your store completes the training module, you should not submit the quiz more than one time.
Tips for completing the eWIC Training Module:
- Use speakers or headphones to hear the narration and get all of the information.
- Use Internet Explorer to view the module.
- Fast-forwarding through slides may cause problems during play.
- An ADA version of the module script may be obtained by contacting email@example.com.
