The Minnesota Partnership for Adolescent Health (MPAH) is a newly formed diverse group of agencies, organizations and individuals with the common goal of supporting the health and development of all Minnesota youth and young adults' ages 10-24 years old statewide.

Our work: Creating a statewide adolescent health strategic plan and aligning strategic action to support healthy youth. The goal of the strategic plan is to strengthen our capacity to support youth to optimal health and well-being. The focus of our action is to support action within local and state public health agencies, tribal communities, youth-serving organizations and state agencies.

Our history: We started in 2014 by the MN Department of Health, Community and Family Health Division in partnership with the Maternal and Child Health Advisory Task Force. The Partnership is managed by Sara Hollie, State Adolescent Health Coordinator at the MDH.
