2014 Expanded Use of the Data Working Group

In 2014, the Minnesota Legislature directed the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) to convene a workgroup tasked with making recommendations to the Minnesota Legislature about potential expanded use of the data, privacy and security considerations, as well as access and funding of the Minnesota All Payer Claims Database (MN APCD) (Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 62U.04).
