Minnesota AUC Newsletter
The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) administers Minnesota Statutes, section 62J.536 and related rules to reduce the costs and burdens associated with the exchange of large volumes of routine health care business (administrative) transactions such as claims, remittance advices, and insurance eligibility inquiries/responses.
The Minnesota Administrative Uniformity Committee (AUC) is a large, voluntary, multi-stakeholder organization that advises MDH on the development and administration of rules and other efforts to reduce health care administrative costs.
This newsletter is published monthly by MDH to provide updates and information of interest to the AUC and other interested parties.
