Licensed Minnesota assisted living providers are required to comply with Minn. Statute 626.557 Reporting of Maltreatment of Vulnerable Adults.
If you have witnessed or know of a vulnerable adult who has been the victim of physical or mental abuse, neglect, financial exploitation or unexplained injuries act now to file a complaint or report an incident.
