Requirements Modified for Trauma Hospital Designation

Executive Order 20–32 (PDF), which was signed by Governor Walz on April 8, permits Minnesota Department of Health Commissioner Malcolm to delay, waive, or modify provisions of laws and rules as long it does not endanger the public health, welfare, or safety of Minnesotans.
