Medical Cannabis Online Continuing Medical Education Opportunities

The Minnesota Medical Cannabis Course

The Minnesota Medical Cannabis 4-hour course introduces the reader to the endocannabinoid system and its interaction with the components of the cannabis plant, and addresses administration, therapeutic use, drug metabolism, physiologic and cognitive effects, potential risks, and drug interactions. 

Content provides credits for Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Credentialing Center, American Psychological Association,* and American General Dentistry. 

*The Minnesota Medical Cannabis course provides 4 CME/CE credits for all health care disciplines listed except for APA learners, which offers 3.5 credits.
