Important Dates
- Sunday, December 15, 2019 – First Quarter MN WIC Card Order Form Due (All Agencies Must Submit)
Since emergency orders for WIC Cards cannot be submitted, all agencies are required to submit a WIC Card order, even if no cards need to be ordered, by Sunday, December 15th. This is to confirm that all agencies have reviewed their card stock and ensured that they have enough cards to last for the next six months. If no cards need to be ordered, enter None into the Number of Boxes field on the MN WIC Card Order Form. Please see page 2 of the September 2019 HuBERT Hints #2 for more information about how to determine the number of boxes to order.
