How to Save a Connect Log File
For Connect errors messages, pervasive call quality issues, and dropped calls, please save your log file and send it to health.connect@state.mn.us.
- Please let us know the time that the incident occurred when you email the log file so that IT staff can locate it in the file.
- Your log data will delete if you close your CCP, so save your log file before logging out or closing.
Step 1: Click on the cog in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Click on the "Download logs" link.
The log will be saved with a name like "agent-log.txt" file in your downloads directory. You can attach it to an email to health.connect@state.mn.us. Remember to include the time you experienced the error or bad quality. If you were on a call, the case's phone number is also helpful to include in your message.
