The Minnesota WIC Program remains open during the partial shutdown of the federal government. WIC clinics will
remain open for business and WIC stores will continue to
accept WIC benefits as usual.

Please note: If your WIC Card is lost, stolen or damaged, contact your WIC Clinic or call 833-566-5248.

You must contact your WIC Clinic to have your WIC Card replaced.

The WIC Program:

  • Is a Nutrition and Breastfeeding program
  • Helps eligible pregnant women, new mothers, babies and young children eat well, learn about nutrition, and stay healthy.
  • Provides nutrition education and counseling, nutritious foods, and referrals to health and other social services.
