Patient Satisfaction Survey
The Office of Medical Cannabis (OMC) conducted a satisfaction survey in October 2021 to gather feedback and opinions from patients who are enrolled in Minnesota's Medical Cannabis Program.
The survey (administered via REDCap) was emailed to 26,557 patients who are enrolled in the program.
The data collection period closed after three weeks, with 3,955 completed surveys. About 80 patients who do not have internet access completed a paper copy of the survey and mailed them back to OMC.
A response rate of 15% is conservative, as those patients who had undeliverable emails were not taken out of the denominator (26,557 patients).
About the Survey
The survey had 34 questions that covered a range of topics, including:
- Getting certified and enrolling
- Locations of the Medical Cannabis Dispensaries
- Experiences at the dispensaries
No comparison data is available because this is the first time a satisfaction survey was conducted with patients.
