Quality Improvement Uses

Assessment reports can serve as the foundation for childhood, adolescent, and adult immunization improvement activities. If you'd like to run assessment reports, visit Immunization Assessment for step-by-step user guidance and training resources.

One you've run assessment reports to identify areas for improvement, you can use MIIC’s Client Follow-Up feature to identify and follow up with clients due or overdue for immunizations. Find more information at Client Follow-Up.

Having solid quality improvement plans and activities in place can help health care providers receive more Meaningful Use dollars and have better outcome data to report to public sources such as HEDIS and Minnesota Community Measures.
