- Minnesota Refugee Health Program
An overview of the program's efforts to coordinate domestic refugee health screenings, analyze, summarise, and share data, and train health professionals.
- Metro Immigrant and Refugee Health Network
A network of providers, professionals, advocates, and community members sharing information about health issues of immigrant and refugee populations in Minnesota.
- Center of Excellence in Refugee Health
A network for training and epidemiology in refugee health, building on existing infrastructure and partners' experience to identify and monitor refugee health issues and needs, contribute to evidence-based policies and guidelines, and ultimately improve continuity of care and health outcomes for refugees.
- Female Genital Cutting (FGC) Prevention and Outreach Project
The Minnesota FGC Prevention and Outreach Working Group brings together diverse stakeholders to recommend, inform and coordinate FGC prevention and community engagement efforts in Minnesota. As part of the grant program, MDH will provide one-time grants to organizations with cultural competence in Minnesota communities that are impacted by FGC.
