Health Care Provider COVID Survey

With the onset of the COVID–19 pandemic, the health department designed a brief survey to learn more about the changes Minnesota’s health care providers are facing at work as they respond to the pandemic. The COVID health provider survey focuses on a handful of COVID–specific topics including provider concerns, time spent working, use of telemedicine, and the extent and nature of COVID–related changes.

The survey data will updated weekly. Please check back for updates.
