The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) annually produces and sends the 340B Covered Entity Report to the Minnesota Legislature. The report provides a summary and analysis of the information submitted to MDH related to Minnesota covered entities' participation in the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program in the prior calendar year.
