Rx Data Portal Resources

This page provides resources to support entities submitting information to the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) via the Rx Data Portal in their compliance with the Prescription Drug Price Transparency Act (Minnesota Statutes 62J.84) and the 340B Covered Entity Report (Minnesota Statutes 62J.461).

Using the Rx Data Portal

All entities and designated third party affiliates must use the Rx Data Portal to submit information to MDH under the Prescription Drug Price Transparency Act and 340B Covered Entity Report.  Here are technical guides for reporting entities to set up and manage their account. Please email health.rx@state.mn.us with any technical questions about using the portal.

Customized support by entity type

340B covered entities in Minnesota are required to annually report data related to their 340B prescription drug purchases and payments.

Drug manufacturers are required to report drug pricing information under the New Drug and Price Growth provisions of the Prescription Drug Price Transparency Act on a rolling basis and are required to report under the Drugs of Substantial Public Interest (PI) provision when new PI lists are published.
