MDH offers funding opportunities to eligible organizations to plan, promote, and share resources and information to raise awareness and support organizations who are engaging in ADRD work.

Alzheimer's Awareness Grant
The primary purpose of this request is to receive proposals from organizations that can disseminate ADRD materials to a statewide Minnesota audience and the organization's own relevant communities. Materials and promotion tactics should reflect the community need for the applicant's focus population(s).
Dementia Community Engagement Plan
The Healthy Brain Initiative Team requests proposals to guide the development of a Dementia Community Engagement Plan. This plan will describe actions to guide state agencies and organizations on how to engage with people living with dementia across the state. This plan will also demonstrate how people living with dementia can be active participants in ongoing conversations that may influence programming, funding, and policies.

Healthy Brain Community Grants

The Healthy Brain Community Grant program funds organizations to educate communities about dementia risk reduction, understand the importance of early detection and diagnosis, and provide support for people living with dementia and their caregivers.
