Contract Transition

Minnesota WIC currently contracts with Enfamil and Soy Isomil formulas.

Formula waivers allowing substitute Enfamil formula products for WIC participants end April 29, 2023.

Participants are allowed to purchase the WIC contract Soy Isomil formula on their benefits, or alternate larger can sizes of those formula brands, through April 29, 2023.

Shortage

Due to the nationwide formula shortage, MN WIC is able to temporarily continue to offer some substitutions for contract and medical formula.
