QI maturity assessment: This short survey, administered to your staff by the Center for Public Health Practice, can help provide a snapshot of your department's commitment to quality improvement, and how QI relates to organizational goals. Repeating this survey on a regular basis can show how your department's maturity with regard to QI is improving over time.
